I've done quite a few longer road trips in the Model 3 SR+ but this was one of the more challenging. Since it was only 300 odd km between stops I didn't do the usual 200-250km toilet/charging stops. Highway speeds and elevation changes meant energy use 142Wh/km was higher than the vehicle average.

If you want to use Evie's chargers I suggest holding the weight of the power cable while the charger is negotiating with the vehicle. Evie has been a pain to use, often more expensive than Tesla Superchargers and not very reliable. #evie

On the off chance there is 4 other suckers trying to do a full charge or didn't preheat the battery and paying the $17-$25 parking fee Tesla has kindly introduced a additional congestion fee of $0.50 per minute above 80%

Tesla V4 chargers have thicker cables than V3. Water cooled V3 charging cables are impossibly slim and light but I've seen a lot of kinking on them. V4 seem likely a good balance between weight and durability

You are up to date.
