Been feeling a bit guilty lately because I haven't been able to work out this year as much as I wanted to. I have such little spare time these days, I'm typically way too tired to get in the gym by the time I get off work or occasionally have a full day off.

Working through these miserable health issues is the first big step of 2026... My body is revolting against me as I try to see more doctors, get more tests done, and continue on with other significant plans, but persistence is the key 🔑 I refuse to give up.
