Has anyone else noticed an uptick in propaganda that either blames women for something or tries to push some tradwife ideals entering other social media feeds? Obviously its not here on Bsky... I'm curious if it was something I did that changed what I was getting or if it was something everyone saw.

I'm getting rather tired of studios exploiting or abusing their creators. Crazy how two of the games that I have played for a literal decade have done this. This Monday, I took time to take care of my health. Glad I did cause apparently it was bad.

I finally watch Nosferatu. Man was is visually striking and unsettling. Like a mix of Bram Stoker's Dracula and the original Nosferatu, but without audience connection. I'm glad I saw it, but I dont think I'll watch it again.

Finally saw the new The Crow movie. I mentally prepared for it. I was not prepared enough. My little heart-that-could is hurt.

Happy New Years! My new years resolution is pretty boring. Its to achieve stability in either health or money or both. Both would be awesome, but realistically ... Trying to "phoenix" myself during this time has proved to be quite difficult. I'm closer to a flopping smoldering chicken.

Looking back at this year, it was mostly horrible. Between hospital visits, various constant bad news, and losing my little buddy Loki, I am super glad this year is over. Here is to hoping the next year is better. For all of us.

What is silly is that I dont like writing and I think I suck at it, but here I am, still doing it. I started writing my one on-going TTRPG adventure about Yokai back in 2018. For someone who identifies as not a writer, that's pretty crazy.

I do not recommend running a ttrpg game for 7 people when you have a fever.

It is essentially a child in the household throwing a tantrum about running away to find better parents because they cant do what ever they want. With their little bindle and shouting, "They'll love me more and let me do whatever I want!" XD

Just finished the finale of Welcome to Derry. Fantastically dark, lots of uncomfortable horror. I loved it. Can't wait for the next season.

I did actually make a limited edition mug this year despite my new website not being quite done. Last year it was my prancing pony with a wreath, this year its an elk that got caught in holiday lights. I wonder what I should do for next year. Cardinals maybe?

Health Insurance denied request from my Neurologist 2 times now. Maybe the third time is the charm. Meanwhile.... my health declines. v.v

Micron seems to be betting everything on a hype wave (AI bubble) that will not last for some fast cash. When businesses and individuals cannot afford RAM for computers down the line, assuming a recession is inbound (which signs point to yes*) this could be really bad.

In CA you can get your first driver's license for on average $200 CAD. In MD to get your first driver's license its about $600 dollars total. (this does not include costs for a car, insurance etc) Privatizing the mandatory schooling is costing new drivers $400+ MORE money. How is this okay?
