Creative Command

“Writing is the art of applying the ass to the seat.” 🪑 #scriptsky #writing www.creativecommand.app

I’m diving into Will Storr’s The Science of Storytelling and trying out his character-first approach. What’s your process when starting something new? @willstorr.bsky.social #WritingProcess #Storytelling

Most focus apps can’t tell if you’re really working. Creative Command can. Stop working, the timer stops too. The only way to end your session is to make real progress. Brave enough to give it a try? apps.apple.com/us/app/creat... #DoTheWork #CreativeProcess #BuildInPublic

Idle hands? Not on our watch. Creative Command is a focus app that locks you into a session and pauses the timer when you stop working. Now available on the App Store! apps.apple.com/us/app/creat... #scriptsky #WritingCommunity

Writers, rejoice...and tremble. We just launched an app that holds you hostage until you finish your writing session. So progress isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable. Created by a writer and a developer who finally got tired of staring at the blinking cursor. #AmWriting #scriptsky

🎉 New beta update just dropped: • Website blocking in Safari, Chrome, Vivaldi, Brave & Arc • New floating timer with all the nerdy stats • Launch + edit session settings from one window • Built-in log to track how much you crushed (or didn’t) #writingcommunity #BuildInPublic

⚡️Recent Updates! Simplified Tasks: Configurations now in one view. Multi-App Selection: Add multiple apps at once. Better Defaults: Ad-hoc Task and duration fixed. Ventura UI Fixes: Smoother experience. www.creativecommand.app #WritingCommunity #ProductivityTips

🕰️ Rolling Back the Clock: Ventura & Beyond! Creative Command now supports macOS 13.5 and later! Users with older Macs or Ventura can enjoy all the features we’ve developed to enhance your creative workflow. What new features would you love to see? #WritingCommunity
