It seems a sudden wave of console bans is hitting #NintendoSwitch2 users this weekend, restricting their access to online services and game key cards. Many affected players across various communities claim they only play legitimate, physical games and have never used flashcarts.

Update: Nintendo appears to have begun rolling back the console bans. Starting from hours ago, many users affected this weekend are reporting that their bans have been lifted and their consoles can access online services normally again. No official statement from Nintendo yet.

Sony emailing everyone about PlayStation terms of use during a backlash over the end of discs and a lack of digital ownership is certainly a choice

It's funny that developers just don't give a fuck about Material 3 Expressive, and are starting to use Liquid Glass on Android instead.

I used to think 4k60 is good enough for me, until I played games at 4k120... So why tweet this today..? Because I saw an overpriced machine that can barely run games at 4k30... 🤧

I actually think running an offline LLM in the browser that can be called by JavaScript is really cool and useful. But forcing the download and offering no option to change the models is just so Google.

It appears that Chrome 147 now triggers the :focus state on links when the left mouse button is pressed. Now, every Bootstrap 3 website will have *awesome* accessibility like this.

[Nintendo Switch 2 System Update] Version 22.0.0 adds "Handheld Mode Boost". This will make Switch 1 games think that they are in TV mode even when in handheld. Games can run at higher resolutions in TV mode, taking better advantage of the Switch 2's 1080p screen.
