2️⃣ Finance - Procurement Team (Staff) The Finance Team manages the conventions finances alongside the Directors and Department Heads. Procurement is responsible for ordering of large bulk items, specifically themed items that are part of the ConPack, Sponsor or Merch offerings. (4/5)

Exciting lottery news! Tomorrow evening we'll be sending out lottery and Dealers' Den curation results for CFz 2027. We'll then be sending emails with payment details over the next 2-3 days (if you haven't got a payment email by Friday 23 October, please email us at registration@confuzzled.org.uk)

You'll have until November 2 to pay for your room and registration - this also applies to those who selected non-residential tickets in the two-week opening window last month.

We'll also be re-opening attending-only and day ticket registration tomorrow evening after the results have been released (payment deadlines for these ticket types are ten days) - we'll make an announcement when we're running low so hopefully it won't come as too much of a surprise.

Because of higher than expected demand for early and late rooms we’ve had to request more space from hotels. Because of this, we’re waiting on those to be confirmed before we can announce the lottery results and as a result, they will be announced later than initially expected.

📋 The role will be focused around supporting the Head of Department to plan, produce and oversee the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. On the day, the Deputy Head will manage the backstage elements of the ceremonies and work closely with the Head of Department to help ensure the smooth running of the

This year does include the option to pay by card, alongside the usual methods from previous years (predominantly bank transfer). The fee will apply regardless of the payment method chosen.

We acknowledge that this fee was not communicated in advance, and we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope to complete the lottery process sometime in early October – please keep an eye out for further announcements. Many thanks

As part of the new system, we’re applying a £3 booking fee, which will show up in your final total. This fee is to cover the increasing costs associated with registration.
