A throwback to some fan art I drew. The colours were originally a lot darker, but the more I worked on it, I realised I wanted the horror to creep through in colours that feeeeel like the heavy summer in the story’s countryside setting. It’s also a nod back to the iconic Vol 1 cover.

the crazy thing about making time for any creative pursuit is that you literally have to do what you have a gut-deep yearning to do or else you'll see other people doing it, and it WILL make you insane.

It was an absolute honour and so much fun to draw this cover for you!! I really loved Ardy and her story, always here for dramatic lighting and a splash of blood too 🩸

It is a complete honour to officially share the cover for my upcoming novel, Something to Live For. Somehow @deadskypub.bsky.social got @completelycathy.bsky.social to do it??? It is about a vampire who is 'cured' and has a horrible time, which makes sense to me as being human is pretty bad.

Three years ago (holy shit where does the time go!!) I got to introduce this world and these characters into the SFF ecosystem. I still admire the cover art constantly tbh. Could not be more grateful to @neonhemlock.bsky.social and @completelycathy.bsky.social www.neonhemlock.com/books/a-nece...

The finale of the series has Eddie and Rainer fully embrace the hell they’re in! Loved getting to draw their progression from humans to devils in a fiery hell with devil horn flames ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 I really loved the horns poking over the titling too.

So I drew Rainer forming ‘devil horns’ with his hands with his eyes glowing red. And then hidden amongst the leaves behind him, is a slithering horned devil tail! (Spot his friendship bracelet with Eddie and his initial's spelling out ER haha) 👀❣️
