A cop came into the back of my ambulance once who wouldn’t leave and I told him anything the patient says to me in the course of their care was HIPAA covered. He wanted me to get a blood draw (a skill I’m not trained to do) for his DUI case.

I’ve had decent experiences where to host was “just be quiet after ten” or fill the dishwasher before you leave” which I think is fine but I’ve also had a host host us after the fuse blew in their kitchen so we left early and requested a refund. It was in another country so not much we could do
