I cannot tell you how frustrated I am when all we do is infight instead of organizing, but we don’t even have a cohesive and inspiring progressive voice to stand behind…and maybe we can’t find one until we burn ourselves out and learn to compromise like the right did.

ALWAYS. Even the dark ages came to an end eventually. It is incredibly hard to take two steps forward without inciting one step back, but it is even harder for them to take one step back without inciting two steps forward. And when they manage to take take two steps? We take FOUR steps forward.

Right now a lot of us feel how Republicans did in 2015-2016. We can’t envision a progressive candidate winning ever again. Liberals are calling leftists communists. Leftists are calling liberals fascists. Organization nonetheless mobilization seems impossible. No mainstream DNC candidate inspires.

as much as it pains me to watch the left fracture into various performative echo chambers that are currently more focused on infighting than working together… I have to remind myself that messy, contradictory chaos like this is exactly how the right won. Modern America clearly craves populism.

I roll my eyes every time I see a progressive parrot insults from their favorite streamer, crying about “tankies” or “liberals,” refusing to find common ground with anybody who doesn’t pass their purity test while clearly having no idea what the word even means. BUT,

Senseless murder is obviously bad. Why is the media referring to BREIT’s recently murdered CEO as an “executive” or “employee” though? It’s a bit strange.

So why do billionaires and bootlicking conservative politicians ride the illegal immigrant hate-wagon so hard? Corporations depend on illegal immigrant slave labor to make ridiculous profit. It’s because, ironically, the illegal immigrant hate wagon will make more illegal immigrants 😀
