Water is a necessity for life, and rural Texans depend on their wells to survive. Yet Big Tech wants to build massive AI data centers that could drain the same aquifers our families and farmers rely on. We cannot allow billionaire corporations to put our drinking water at risk for their profits.

Only 8 more days until Election Day, Texas! Early voting ends THIS FRIDAY, October 30th, and Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd. Make sure you've got a plan to cast your ballot before time runs out!

Just because your food has an American flag on the label doesn't mean it came from an American farm. Corporate loopholes have made it harder for Americans to know where their food actually comes from. It's time to bring back honest country-of-origin labeling and put American farmers first.

Young Texans who want to farm are being priced out before they can even get started. Between skyrocketing land prices and expensive equipment, the next generation of family farmers faces an uphill battle while big corporations tighten their grip on agriculture.

The price you pay at the grocery store shouldn't depend on how much the Greedy Few know about you. Corporations are using AI and personal data to figure out how much they can squeeze out of everyday shoppers. Texans deserve fair prices, not algorithms designed to pick their pockets.

Family farmers are getting squeezed while corporate middlemen take a bigger cut of your grocery bill. In the 1970s, cattle ranchers could receive 60–70¢ of every dollar spent on beef. Today, my family is lucky to get 20¢.

Microplastics are turning up in the very soil we use to grow our food. For too long, corporations have flooded our environment with plastics while everyday Texans are left dealing with the consequences. We need to protect our farmland and keep harmful pollutants out of our soil.

Texas has always faced droughts. That doesn't mean we have to wait until the next one to prepare. Storing water underground could help Texas communities protect their water supplies for the dry years ahead. We need to invest in smart water solutions that put Texans first, not Wall Street.

There are 42 flock cameras between Austin and Dallas. I’ve seen this rodeo before. I was a water/ag researcher where I visited other countries, including China. We don’t need this kind of warrantless mass surveillance in Texas. Sign our petition if you agree >> www.claytontuckertx.com/flock

Texas family farms are struggling to survive, and young Texans are being priced out of agriculture. Hemp could help change that. It's a drought-tolerant cash crop that could bring new income to family farms, keep land in the family, and give the next generation a chance to make a living farming.

WE DID IT! We've raised over $1 MILLION, making history as the first Democratic campaign for Texas Agriculture Commissioner to hit this milestone! While my opponent is bankrolled by data center interests, over 9k people have stepped up to help us fight for working Texans & protect our land & water.

Those who cheat on their spouses are 2-3 times more likely to be corrupt. You can’t go around saying you’re gonna clean up government when you lived your life in a swamp. My opponent was kicked out of the ministry for being a cheat, a porn addict, and a drunk. His words, not mine.

Is that who we want overseeing school meals for our kids? My name is Clayton Tucker. I’m a farmer, a Catholic, and I’m running to be YOUR next Texas AG Commissioner. Like, follow, and most importantly, please go vote! #vote #fy #food #farms #texas

Our team has been getting out to vote across Texas! Early voting is underway and runs through Friday, October 30th! There’s still time to make your plan, find your polling location, and cast your ballot before Election Day on November 3rd!

Texas is worth fighting for, and that starts with protecting our water. Without water, there are no family farms. No ranches to pass down to our kids and grandkids. Texans have stood together and fought back before, and we can do it again.

Nate Sheets built himself a honey empire and still couldn't sweet-talk his way onto Trump's 36-name Texas endorsement list. And this comes right after sitting Republican Ag Commissioner Sid Miller said he didn't vote for Nate Sheets either.

Texans want affordable food, healthy land, and clean water. It doesn't matter if you live in the city or the countryside. Across Texas, communities are coming together over concerns about irresponsible AI data centers threatening our water, farmland, and electricity costs.

There is real change in the air in Texas, y'all. When a lifelong Trump Republican and a Democrat sit down together on national television to call out Greg Abbott and the Big Tech billionaires threatening our water, land, and livelihoods, you know something BIG is happening.

NEW POLL: The race for Texas Agriculture Commissioner is a STATISTICAL TIE! The Ultra Wealthy have spent years rigging the system against working Texans, but this race shows we have a real shot at fighting back.

Only organized people can beat organized money. On MS NOW, I joined Ag Commissioner Sid Miller, who said he won't vote for Data Nate, the Big Tech-backed candidate in this race.

We can't afford to let the Greedy Few drain Texas dry. These billion-dollar data centers are being pushed into Texas communities while farmers, ranchers, and working families worry about their water. Our water belongs to Texans, not Wall Street and Silicon Valley.

Both Miller and I have spoken out against unchecked AI data centers threatening our water supplies and rural communities. Our land and water should serve the Texans who depend on vital resources.

“Texans deserve an Agriculture Commissioner who will stand up for family farms and working people. That’s what I’ve fought for throughout this campaign, and that’s exactly what I’ll do as Agriculture Commissioner.” Check out our website to learn more. www.claytontuckertx.com/clayton_tuck...

Our leaders should be held to a higher moral standard. So why is it that we are holding a double standard for my opponent? “Nate himself admitted to adultery, porn addiction, and alcoholism. As a human, I wish him peace.

As a man seeking to be a leader, I do not trust he has the moral character to be a protector. “Working farmers, ranchers, and consumers alike have been pushed aside for too long while transnational corporations get their way.

Lampasas, TX - Clayton Tucker, Democratic candidate for Texas Agriculture Commissioner, issued the following statement following an op-ed published today by outgoing Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller calling his fellow Texans to not vote for Republican nominee Nate Sheets:

“Commissioner Miller and I have our disagreements. We differ on our political sports teams, but, as Texans, we have common ground on protecting Texas. Texas needs protectors.

“When Republicans learned of the lack of moral character for GOP Rep. Tony Gonzales, who like Sheets had an inappropriate affair with a subordinate, they rightfully forced him to resign. The same thing happened to Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell, which again was the right decision.

“Earn my vote.” That's what a fiercely independent Texas rancher told me, and it's why I'm launching The Clayton Tucker Farm Report, a regular series where I'll tackle the tough questions facing Texas agriculture.

Early voting starts TODAY, Texas! I'm running for Texas Ag Commissioner to stop irresponsible AI data centers, fight mass surveillance, and make our food affordable again. Early voting runs October 19–30, so grab your friends and family and make a plan to vote!
