It's always hard to summarize events like #XPEvo2025 in a single post... I had an absolute blast in Cologne at XPERION. Met and talked to so many amazing people, some I've met before, some new, but all oh so lovely.

Small life update: I've been employed again for the past 6-ish months or so. People close to me will know that I suffered pretty severe burnout in 2023 and that it took me a while to recover. My mental help has been improving day by day lately.

I'm just taking things one step at a time and I try to always remember to have things to look forward to to keep me motivated. Like my upcoming 2 weeks off work or XPEvo 2025 at the end of September.

Being surrounded by genuinely good people at my job and in my group of friends has helped me tremendously in the past few months. I recently discovered some texts I've written in 2021, and yea... let's just say I was mentally "in the mud". Thankfully most of that is gone.

There's still days where I am battling my demons and struggle to find motivation or get irrationally angry about small things but I think I'm better equipped to deal with situations like those now.

I'm finally starting to like myself again, which might be a weird thing to read, but yea there's been lots of self loathing and general depressive stuff in my head for quite some time. Things are improving, even without the help of a therapist (finding a good one is hard).
