Little quick thing of a kitten my friend is fostering right now who is. An unbelievably cute creature. Glad he landed with someone who will do their best for him :3

Still honestly so unsettled by the poor handling of the sedation for my test injections and then nerve ablation, especially that after all that time and pain and freaky sedation experience - it didn't do shit. It did so little it basically wasn't worth doing. I need a new spine/pain clinic... Sigh.

It's rough to be very fat with a bad pain disorder trying to. Engage at all with society. Nothing fits me, disability access is rough, and even finding nice mobility aids is hard... And worst of all especially with the GLP1 obsession right now my weight is seen as a choice. It's not.

-dealing with my weight than risking my life or hurting my health. I am in daily severe pain, i have brain issues, I have a shit spine... Like. I have enough challenges without risking things getting significantly worse. And really eating less than I already do would be not good in and of itself...

Anyway. Just wanted to shake my fist at the void for a moment. My weight is not fun for me. Especially with my disability. That doesn't mean that I'm able to change it. And I won't risk my life to change it, I just won't. I want to live. And make the most of what I've got... Anyway. I'm done.

I already have gastroparesis and a fucked digestive tract, I have made some progress which is why I can now eat whole grains and vegetables again. GLP1 causes gastroparesis. On purpose. That's how it makes you feel full. Additionally, it's not just fat lost, but also muscle and bone density-

Which I desperately need as I try to build more strength and maintain bone density as I age! Thats not even getting into allll the other reasons my friends and loved ones have given for not wanting me to take them, which I don't want to either so we are united in that. I'd rather figure out -

I actually struggle deeply with anorexia and restriction. I was very active before disability and it kills me that it's so hard for me to even walk now. And GLP1 medication, aside from a lot of really serious complications that are a lot more common than is advertised, would seriously harm me.

At a pumpkin painting work event with my partners, for vet wife's work, and we have the worst of cheap tempura paints but I had fun within the limitations hehe

Update, I'm almost positive all that paint flaked off in the car lol a bunch came off from the breeZe on the way to the car 8l and this is why the cheapest tempura paint they could find was a bad choice lmao ah well. It's ephemeral art now I guess XD

I really like how this plushie turned out. Its colors and leg feathering were inspired by the North Swedish horse, so I tried to come up with a Swedish name for it. But then someone suggested "Daisy", and I think that it is a perfect fit! Daisy is looking for a loving home to call her own. ❀️πŸͺ‘🧡🧢

My kingdom for an electric wheelchair classed for my weight that breaks down to fit in a normal car and doesn't actively hurt me and exhaust me to stay seated in. -____-

Have to get surgery for my trigger thumb on my drawing hand next week. I'll be awake with local numbing and a curtain, will have to kinda lay off video games drawing and scrolling with my thumb for a couple weeks after. Not the first procedure I've had like this actually...

They asked if I could handle a tourniquet and lying in a specific position for 5-10 minutes and I barked out a laugh instantly. Again, I've done way scarier, longer, and more painful. I've learned how to just. Be still and accept it needs to happen and just. Chill and let it as best I'm able.

It won't be fun but I have skills to get through it just fine. I've got a lot of experience now, unfortunately, with pain and discomfort. I deal with severe pain daily, and have for a long time now. It sucks, but hey at least I have skills and strength that now makes something like this easy peasy.

Meaning like. Awake while surgery is performed on one of my digits behind a curtain. When I was a kid I stubbed my pinky toe so badly that the root got fucked up and it grew back painful and deformed. So they removed the whole thing. Have a callous instead of a nail on that toe.

Anyway, it's not a big deal. I've been thru a lot worse things that take longer. The bad part is the numbing shot hurts like a bitch but it's brief before the numbing kicks in. Then it just feels kinda weird, you can feel some pressure to my memory but it doesn't hurt. Just feels weird.

Mutuals who are artists/crafters with shops - drop me a link if you feel up for it? I'm looking for some gifts for people and I can't promise I'll buy anything but Id love to check out your wares - not seeking commissions, premade items preferred! Thank you!!!

Just having some fun. Kitsune type of fox fun. I really do default to weird foxes a lot when I want to relax drawing something. I just have fun with their shapes!

I like carving pink eraser stamps a lot, but my erasers of choice are not the standard ones, there are these pink erasers at our local Walgreens that are just a little wider that I vastly prefer and I need to get more of them I crave the stamp carving....

To celebrate Spooky Season, let's learn why this vampire bat is running on a treadmill. The three species of vampire bats are the only known mammals to be obligate hemophages: 100% of their calories come from blood. The Common Vampire Bat (Desmodus rotundus) prefers mammals... (πŸ“·: Giulia Rossi)

Cutsie/Chibi doodles of my toxic horse lesbians. Cursed unicorn and kelpie. Unicorn is Rowan and the Kelpie is Moira.

Also a unicorn but I decided to stick with the real world animals I draw myself as or think of myself as these days.

β€œTell me what 4 animals you are” Always spooky but can make a good friend.

I have had so many phone calls today but I was able to draw this cute rat in between things. I wanna carve it for block printing!!! AND paint it lol

I think she would be shocked and maybe horrified. She had a lot to figure out yet. I think given a conversation she'd have mixed feelings, and still feel uncomfortable and maybe a little freaked out by a lot of it, but some important things would comfort and reassure her, too.

Progress. Still need a few layers to get her coat right and then additional reflected light and details. Tabby cats are so hard lmao but I'm told I'm doing a good job and I hope I am. This old lady deserves a beautiful tribute.
