I feel so bad for KP…I’m very empathetic bc I too have an autoimmune condition, not POTS. When flareups come, it dysregulates systems in the body - no cure + usually no real control over how bad it gets (diet may help) it’s clear he’s struggling longterm & needs to probablyt retire 💔 #Dubnation
