Here will be my 2026 media thread. Mine will be strictly manga and anime. I regretted not starting one last year, so I'm looking forward to posting more about what I read and watch, and not gonna lie, I like the idea of having a reason to say that I didn't like something occasionally.

The birthday boy

Finished Nadeko Medusa. thats crazy.

On this day 5 years ago, I found this little guy as a stray kitten, and decided to make October 22nd his birthday. I think he's grown into quite a handsome cat and I love him very much.

As always, remember to read Shimeji Simulation

Honestly, it would have to be Frieren: Beyond Journeys End. It's just an amazing series that should be read by all.

Number 1 is hard, but Have a Great Trip After the End Credits is probably up there.

I am going to beat a number of you to this recommendation: Shoujo Berserk. (I don't know how accurate that really is but someone did make comparisons and the authors may have been friends or respected colleagues enough that they made fan art of each other's works).

Three Days of Happiness

What's your #1 manga recommendation?

It has been 904 days since Houseki no Kuni ended. Season 2 is not confirmed.

My first Chiitan like!!!

The worst part of having a fluffy cat, is having to sometimes clean their butt...

Best Friends! or as they say in Japanese ゲイカップル

Re-arrange my Manga. Not counting my other books. As for the 'Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun' I asked to be bought via my mom and big bro's outing to the pawn shop. As for the Nagi Spin-off[Blue Lock] that was a mistake on my part, thought it was volume 4 of the main series. Hehe...😅

UNDEAD 🩸 UNLUCK

Still a work in progress. I'll need book holders and stuff. And when I get all my old manga from my parents' place, well, I may need more shelves.

started reading land of the lustrous and god the stark use of contrast really gives it such a beautifully distinct artistic identity right from the beginning
