Tonight, in our Starfinder game, I successfully intimidated one of my d20s to finally rolling well.

I hope that every one of my friends to whom I message the phrase "can I be mean for a second?" knows how much I treasure them as a human being in my life.

I don’t go there but I do appreciate the pair that just walked by me in fully decked out Heated Rivalry themed RenFaire outfits.

Local woman is once again wearing a stupid outfit to RenFaire. More at eleven.

I have romanced three of them and would never do two of those three again and probably wouldn’t do the third again either.

Made it all of fifteen minutes into my second photo op shift before my stupid costume decided to break. None of the things I tried as quick fixes work. So now I’m out of kit for the rest of the troop. I’m thrilled.

Every now and then, I scroll through and see random posts about various characters on socials and I guess I'm playing Fortune's Weave wrong because they'll talk down on certain units and I'm like...... actually Loretta and Alexandra have basically carried me the last two maps but okay.

I'm getting together my costumes for Air and Scare tomorrow and I'm realizing that I don't think I've worn my handmaiden/Padmé costume for three years? Doing the hair is going to be interesting and hopefully I still remember 😂

Most folks at my gym are pretty polite and considerate but this morning, one dude was taking up two different cable machines and another dude was taking up two benches and the floor space around them in the free weights section and my dudes, simply do not. It is 7am on a Monday. No.

Regrettably, I have to report that not only was I responsible but that the new-to-me-from-Instagram recipe actually was pretty good? Which is a surprise because I've been striking out with those for a while now.

DnD getting cancelled is always a bummer but doubly so when it means now you don’t have an excuse not to cook and have to be a responsible human being 🤣

I haven’t even gotten out of the car yet and I already spotted someone cosplay as DC Carl across the parking field at RenFaire which honestly is a bold choice given how relatively cold it is today.

I think they might have made Leda Fire Emblem in a lab especially for me.

There's a lot of advice I could/should give to people who are interested in getting into sewing/cosplay but truly the first one that might come out of my mouth is "hope you're not squeamish about blood cuz you're gonna accidentally stab yourself with pins and needles a lot."

I am very normal about Fire Emblem and only do the most normal and rational things when it comes to these games.

I keep buying extra corset ties for my assorted RenFaire bodices and then putting them somewhere soooooo smart that I can't find them and it's starting to drive me a little nuts.

I'm being so good and not saying my thoughts about That Character because I've enjoyed a blissful experience here not being yelled at by a specific subset of his fans who think I appreciate the character wrong and do not wish to change that now.

Everyone can stop panicking. My hair is once again properly pink again. It's going to be okay.

Saying it here so she won't see and be embarrassed but thank you so much to everyone at NYCC who was welcoming to my cousin! It was her first big con experience like that and y'all were very kind and lovely.

I am trying so hard to lie to myself right now and pretend like I didn’t spend that money at NYCC because all I took out of my suitcase were a few books and stickers, some tea, and then a print and keychain. Nothing’s getting shipped here. Nope. Nothing at all. I was fiscally responsible all con.

In my feelings a bit about how the Palace Theatre has a display of iconic past shows that were here and amongst them is a playbill for at least one show my grandfather was a significant part of.

If I missed seeing anyone at NYCC….. too late now, sorry 🤣 We have fled the building because it is Broadway time!
