Federal workers should not be forced out the door and are not the enemies. These non polictal employees simply follow the policies and initiatives that Congress appropriates and funds base on their decision’s. agencies set by congress. Why are federal workers being the targeted!

There is no buy out ! The letter literally just allows the federal worker to continue their already negotiated flexible work schedule if they choose to resign Feb 8 but are still required to work until Sept 2025. If they don’t resign there is no guarantee they will not be let go anyway .
