If you're a SaaS founder with too many customer support tickets, I can highly recommend working with @emmafletcher.bsky.social. I would not want to run ApplyAll without her help.
We had 200 new customers sign up last month, which was great! But we also had to refund a lot of customers who are a bad fit for our service, which is not great! So I made a quick video listing every reason I can think of why you SHOULD NOT sign up to save you the trouble: youtu.be/36VwtCQTHcI

How ApplyAll works: 1. Submit your resume + preferences (location, role, salary requirement). 2. We find 100+ relevant job openings and apply to them for you—fast. 3. We filter spam, handle verification codes, and organize everything in one dashboard. youtu.be/AtaI5REcf-4?...
This could unlock enough capital to make our first engineering hires and start moving faster. But we're not just blocked by capital. bsky.app/profile/cast...
There are more things I want to build than time to build them. - CMS with automated application-status tracking. - Auto-applies. - Finish migration away from Bubble. - Integrated email inbox.
We're also blocked by tech-debt. Just now getting to the point of having a manageable code-base that we could actually onboarding more engineers onto & collaborate. bsky.app/profile/cast...
Why do we spend so much on our remote team? - All job applications are currently filled out by humans + tools. - Building out the auto-applier got stalled first by verification code emails (solved) then by no-code tools (migration in progress). bsky.app/profile/cast...
Over time, I think we can automate most of this? And the human-team will help us cover 100% of the long-tail of edge cases + give us a gold standard to build against. bsky.app/profile/cast...
The team has been really helpful for quality control as well. Making a mistake on an application is very rare. The team catches user errors e.g. - broken email in resume - missing information - bad job fit - user not getting enough job matches
Why do we charge customers instead of companies? This is a question we get a lot and it's also our unique wedge into the market. Everyone goes after companies first bc they get excited by big commission cheques recruiters get. bsky.app/profile/cast...
- Our biggest bottleneck is the time it takes to onboard candidates. - Our biggest cost-center is our remote team who fill out applications & spot-check errors. - Our biggest revenue opportunity is to start serving the other side of the market & collect hiring commissions.

How our onboarding works: - User signs up. - @talmahaj.bsky.social reviews their info & does one of 3 things. 1. Refunds them if they are a bad match. 2. Sends them feedback/refers to resume review workshop if their resume sucks. 3. Builds their custom job search bsky.app/profile/cast...

The situation has escalated. Yesterday morning it was a small tray of seedlings. Now we are developing a rooftop community garden. There are already over a dozen people involved helping to gather supplies, plan the layout, and start seedlings.
