The big man is smooth in the shootout! Charles Alexis Legault, the unquestionable standout for the #Canes from the event, puts a bow on things with a backhand finish.

"We thought the guys got better each day, and that's all you can ask for in an event like this." More from the #Canes final game of the 2026 Prospect Showcase. Game Recap » www.nhl.com

Charles Alexis Legault wins it in the shootout!

Legault on his fight: "Just trying to get back into it and I thought the best way was to get physical." [He said this with a smirk on his face]

Legault on wearing the 'C': "It means everything. They're an organization that won the Stanley Cup last year. Being able to represent it like that is huge and I don't take it lightly."

Also, I’m not gonna do write ups for these games (don’t have time sadly). We’ll have a big recap of the Showcase with guest Walt Ruff on Saturday

Reception was awful in there, so Matt handled all posts on Twitter Lansard was good, Khazheyev was good, the previous Wolves were good. It was September
