‘What?’ #Caturday

I’ve just seen a photo on here of a Maine Coon with 29 toes and now I can’t find it.

I’ve washed my big winter coat. If it doesn’t go into orbit I’m hoping it’ll dry super quickly.

I nearly went out to feed the ducks with the 2yo in my slippers this afternoon.

I would highly recommend this book. I’ve read it in a day. #BookSky📚

🤣

@mtgallagher.bsky.social Good to see you online. How are you doing today Michael?

My SIL was on BBC Breakfast this morning and my daughter didn’t tell their daughters. She videoed them as they realised who was on TV and it’s really made me blub. DADDY!!!!

It’s going to be back to cleaning my own shower again tomorrow 😢

😎

Great thread here.

Hundreds of titles available to bid on @childreninread.bsky.social If you're into crime fiction there are loads to choose from. My latest title Secrets on the Fells is Lot 178. Happy bidding! jumblebee.co.uk/auction/deta...

@pencilsqueezer.bsky.social Good evening Peter. How’s fings?

Another cracking read from @cathstaincliffe.bsky.social Secrets on the Fells The third book in a very readable series 👍🏼 #BookSky📚

🤣🤣🤣

Many, many years ago, at this very time, on this very day, Mr B and I got hitched. You may be surprised to hear that if anyone deserves a medal it’s him.

Is there anything better than being in a shower that you know you don’t have to clean?

It being #NationalPoetryDay, here's my latest book. Why It's Better To Be Struggling Half-Way Up A High Hill On Your Own: www.amazon.co.uk/Better-Strug... Ably designed by @janes-studio.bsky.social 🙏 #poetry #nature #hiking #photography #solitude #life #sarcasm #wilderness #walking

@mtgallagher.bsky.social Hi Michael How are you getting on? We’re all missing you x

Most excellent bird photo of the day.

I have the hiccoughs.

It’s ****** raining on my washing 😡 <As you were>

I’ve probably not worn shoes since March but put on a pair, with very modest heels, for a funeral today. After the church service and before the reception I had to go and buy some very cheap flip flops and plasters. My left foot is no longer my friend.

Excited to welcome a new host to the Mystery Jukebox tomorrow! 🎉 Snowfloe has always been busy behind the scenes running the Jukebox feed, but now she's going to be working directly with Kitty! Join us tomorrow 11am - 11pm UK time for music sharing and chat! 🥂

It’s late breakfast porridge weather here today.

Well worth the wait.

The two people in the seats across the aisle from me both have attention seeking coughs and snotty beaks. If I don’t have the galloping lurgy by the time I get off this train I’ll be amazed.

The Bayeux Tapestry was every bit as fabulous as I hoped it would be.

😂

I am so fed up of cleaning my glasses. How do they get this greasy? Rant over. As you were.

I asked about sending a card. His nephew said that a friend of Michaels was picking up his post for him and taking it into hospital so to send anything to his home address. Myself and @buzzbead.bsky.social have his address so DM one of us if you'd like to send something. 2/2

Jukeboxers, STFWer's and others A Michael update (not sure how many of you will see this so forward to others if you think they might not). He’s out of A&E and in an acute ward waiting to be moved to a ward specific to his condition. He’s still weak but mentally getting stronger. more below 1/?

@townsendtowers.bsky.social How are you feeling today Jan? Can you get an appointment to see someone fairly quickly at the GPs or hospital when this happens?

❤️

Now that’s a real cliffhanger. #Casualty #Holby

@goanitadow.bsky.social Hi Anita, are you in touch with Michael? We’ve not heard from him for a few days.

My 2½ yo grandson has just noticed that Ice Ice Baby samples Under Pressure. My work here is done.

Rabbits rabbits. Remembering a good friend Al, a thoroughly nice bloke 🖤

I’ve been bad mouthing my cucumber plant for weeks and then suddenly today I’ve got THREE baby cucumbers.

Got two tickets for Pulp at Wythenshawe Park tomorrow going spare. £140 face value but would take £100. How many people are even on Bluesky to see this? Not shifting these, am I.

Today we start weekly editions of my 2017 novel, Octopus, read by voice artist Beric Livingstone. Be aware that although I will post every bit of audio material I have only one third of the novel was recorded. I might run a Q&A at the end in case there are any points you want clarifying. Enjoy!

Me: Healthy eating resumes today. Also me:

Went here yesterday for our elder daughter’s birthday. The scale of the place is staggering and the food and the staff were just wonderful. The cherry on the top was a huge wedding party arriving while we were there. Oh my! Those gorgeous saris 😍🤩
