Heya! I'm the lead Developer for AAGH Games, a huge anime/VTuber fan, and a Cleveland sports diehard.

I'm a baseball sicko. I love double headers, I love 15+ inning games, I love games that go past midnight, and I love baseball played in a snowstorm. All that is to say I'm very excited to see if my Guards will play tonight's game against Tampa Bay in a freezing, windy downpour.

These reviews of Super Mario All Stars from the September '93 issue of GameFan bother me, on so many levels. 8-bit Mario hasn't stood the test of time? Saying Mario needs replaced with a more 90's character? Calling them golden moldies in 1993β€½ This reads like a modern clickbait troll job.

I just finished Well Dweller, and that was one of my favorite games in years. I normally don't 100% a game - I see credits, I'm done. This time, though, I just needed more after beating it and had to collect and do everything in the game. 10/10, no notes.

Finally got around to trying the Chick-fil-a chicken and waffle sandwich, and it was pretty darned tasty. I'm a big fan of chicken and waffles in general, and this hit the spot. 😁

The support struts of a large bridge near me were demolished this morning with a controlled explosion, which wouldn't have been a big deal if I had any idea it was happening. Instead, I was just eating breakfast when the explosion suddenly rattles the whole room. 😧

Here's the nine anime that kicked me down the path of anime fandom. A lot of them were from that Toonami after school anime block, but some - like Ranma - were my earliest experiences with subbed anime.

Why not join the trend - here's the nine games that shaped me over the years, some of them more than others. I was a modder for Morrowind and Robot Arena, server admin for a Minecraft community, and my first real website was a The Sims fanpage.

Games that I couldn't include but wanted to: Laura Bow and the Dagger of Amon Ra, Sleuth (1983), Mario 64, Noctis (an old space exploration game), Duke Nukem 3D, Wind Waker, and every game I've ever worked on for AAGH Games (because they all matter to me deeply in some way).

I'm still working to get Party Ball Arcade up and running, but I'm also editing a video of a complete play through I did back in the day to go with it. However, the video quality is crap. I'd really like to avoid re-recording it all - the game is really hard, and this was a great run. #indiedev

I've spent the past few days updating and fixing up Party Ball Arcade, getting it running again on modern browsers. AAGH Games originally published it in early 2016 for Flash and then Android. #indiedev

It's always kind of stuck in my craw that this game that we made, taking two-plus years of our time, has only ever been beaten by the development team. As far as we know, no one has even finished world one! I would love to get it running again and see if anyone can actually finish it. #indiedev

It's not for lack of trying - our analytics back in the day showed people playing levels 1-2 and 1-3 repeatedly without success, sometimes going through as many as four sets of lives before finally moving on. I always joked that it was either the hardest game ever, or the most broken. πŸ˜… #indiedev

Continuing my 3D modeling/rendering practice, I've produced another sword. Also, I've included a compilation shot of all the swords I've made so far, from oldest (on the left) to newest (on the right). #3drender #blender

After a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, I finally helped push out a long overdue update to AAGH Games' well-received Chicken Boom 2. It's the first since update the game's had since September 2023, and it fixes a wide range of performance and stability issues. aaghgames.com/2026/02/16/c...

With Tail of the Sun coming to Steam and the Nintendo Switch (at least in Japan), I wanted to share a personal anecdote. No joke - this panel from the 1998 EGM Buyer's Guide 100% sold me on the game. I read that and immediately thought, "I have to try this." I ended up loving it. 😁

I was going through the games I've beaten over the years, and decided to rank them from my favorite to least favorite. Not objectively, or best to worst, just my personal feelings on the game.

The Guardians were 12 1/2 games behind the Tigers 29 days ago. They’re now tied for first place. How many teams have ever been that far out that late in a season and finished first? That would be zero.

I'll be co-hosting AAGH Games' Ludum Dare streams again this year, starting October 3rd! It's been almost a year since I've actually done any live streaming, so wish me luck that I'm not completely out of practice. πŸ˜…

I'm rooting for the Guardians the finish the job over the next few days and pass Detroit in the division, while fully expecting them to fall apart at the finish line like the Bluesmobile.

Playing a new Minecraft map, I spawned within walking distance of a savanna village nestled up against this impressive crater with island spires at its center.

If you fell down that first hole in Hollow Knight Silksong that took you back to the beginning, you have to repost this. That’s the rule.

I was playing with an AI thingamabob and getting frustrated that they didn't seem to remember what they were burbling about 5 minutes ago, but then I realized that I have to really think to remember what I had for lunch today.

I was trying to remember what the first anime I watched was, and thought it was probably Project A-ko or Galaxy Express 999, but in reality it the very first was probably an anime I didn't know was anime - Fushigi na Koala Blinky, aka Noozles.

I've been working on a project for AAGH Games for the past year or so, and 90% of that has simply been getting the Android build to compile so we can actually finish the damn thing. The game itself has been in good shape since last year, but getting that to build to not fail has been Hell.

Here's another selection of random 3D models I've worked on over the past few months, including a Coke glass, a 3D block from Super Mario Bros., and another sword. #blender #3drender #artist

My life's mission is to expose as many people as possible to the absurd glory that is The Calamari Wrestler, a 2004 movie that's one part Rocky, one part Power Rangers, and all hilarious, because it's all played completely straight. The twist at the end was so good, too.
