IRL art/photo stuff has been taking off a little more which is super cool, work and not-so-fun life things have been happening which is less cool, but it's all combining to make me way more busy and less responsive, so I'm trying to catch up on everything again!

But, fun thing on the horizon I can share, I'm gonna be in a group show in an *actual* museum next month, wowow! Will have some actual work hanging, but also am part of the organization for the show, so it's been a great experience builder :>

you’re all thinking of your ink, your locks, jocks and orcs right now whereas I? I’m watching Bloomberg and thinking KPIs πŸ“ˆ It’s been a while since I did an art prompt challenge (+ failed almost every time) but trying something (fun?) here What’s spookier than spooky month? Capitalism, of course!

I can only see the gritty monochromatic-only guys who call themselves "The Street Thief" or some shit so many times before I start losing braincells. Or have people go on and on and on about film and its purity, or the techy folks who buy $5k+ equipment only to shoot flowers in their backyard.

I guess it's not so much the preference of medium or aesthetic, but just the pure conviction, the desperate grasping at an identity that's apparently bestowed upon you solely by the technology you decide to utilize. Poser shit
