Have you ever been playing Zelda and really just wanted to skip past a locked door? Well, in Now or Later that is possible. Everything can be skipped. Obstacles, enemies, NPCs, and entire dungeons. An amazing power like that must come with consequences, right? #NowOrLater #SoloDev #Indie #GameDev

Demo for my game goes live on Steam in 10 days. Really feel like I should be hustling to the finish line... Buuut here I am, playing Palworld😆😅 🤷 #gamedev #NowOrLater #indiegame #solodev

I just finished coding the boss fight for Timberfall Observatory The Boss Beetle chases you, screeches for backup, and charges at you from the air. Weak spot's on the butt. Obviously. OR one blast from the Lotus Staff and he's instantly gone. I sure hope he won't come back… 👀 #NowOrLater #gamedev

Meet the Beetles of Timberfall 🪲 They chase. They headbutt. They're a nuisance. One blast from the Lotus Staff and they're gone for good. But using it carelessly... could spell trouble later. Now or Later — a solo developed indie game. #gamedev #NowOrLater #Indiegame #solodev

3 years. 1½ hours a night. Full time job, a family, real life. Everything from scratch. The game isn't even 30 minutes long yet. If a Zelda-like where you play as a magical frog sounds like your thing, a Steam wishlist would mean a lot. 🐸 #NowOrLater #gamedev #reallife #solodev #indiegame

Now or Later is built on the classic Zelda formula — and yes, you can go the whole game without ever using the Lotus Staff. But why would you? When a puzzle asks you to bounce light off mirrors to burn a pile of leaves... or you could just vaporize it. 🐸✨ Face it all #NowOrLater #indie #gamedev

Now or Later feels like classic Zelda — and the first dungeon proves it. Timberfall Observatory: run-down, beetle-infested, and home to Arlo's first real test. Blast 'em with the Lotus Staff or go old-school with the sword.🐸⚔️ #gamedev #solodev #indie #NowOrLater

King Croakus has ruled Hydrosia for a long, long time. That time is about to run out — unless Arlo can find the one cure to his sickness. Enter the Lotus Gem. Said to grant health to all around it. Or at least that's what the king said... 👀 #NowOrLater #gamedev #indie #solodev #wishlistnow

Hydrosia looks like your standard fantasy kingdom — fields, an abandoned observatory, a castle, even a food cart slinging bughetti. 🐛 But anything here can vanish in a blink thanks to the Lotus Staff. Eventually, those things fight back. #NoworLater #godot #gamedev #indie #solodev

I recently added some NPCs and dialogue to my game. I introduce Claire, the mobile food snail, and the Worried Mother looking for her lost tadpole. What do you guys think? #NowOrLater #Godot #indiedev #solodev #gamedev #blender

Wanted to learn animation in Blender and ditch the generic Mixamo animations. Here are some of my first animations I've come up with. What do you guys think? #blender #godot #indiegame #indie #gamedev Animation 1/4

Just out of curiosity, who prefers the classic Zelda formula over that of BoTW or ToTK? And why? Also, what would you like to see in a game inspired by the classic Zelda formula? #indiegame #gamedev

You are up to date.
