Today's background cartoon is The Funky Phantom on MeTV toons. Cartoon Carousel seems to be going through the 70's Hanna-Barbera library of teens solving mysteries, last week it was Clue Club, and before that Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids. I treat every morning like it's a 70's Saturday.
