New character: Tiyari Been doin big thinkies about world building and creating more characters for the SynTech world. still need to learn to draw better tho ;w; tldr: SEX ALIENS BUILT THE PYRAMIDSSS!!!

She also does like tasting a bit of her own medicine :3 a common ritual is that she will go into a large chamber under her palace and her servants will seal her in gold decorated rubber sleeping bag with toys and vibrators and seal her in a sarcophagus to decompress for hours.

Found out Poi supports packed color masks so i can have 3 separate suit patterns/decals i can switch for all for the cost of a single texture + if i hook up the pattern colors to the theme color system in Poi i can also customize them with any color i want! All ingame!

(Bonus) If you want the base latex to also be colorable make sure your Color texture is white latex! so we can multiply it into any color after. Then put the color to use "Theme Color 1" (Remember! nothing is ever 100% white or 100% black! think about PBR color limits)

Now to make the color sliders. set up the Theme colors to the values in the picture. The values in the mat will be the default 0% in the sliders! Then set up the values in the sliders to what you want 100% of the slider to be. If you use both themes, add sliders for both

An color texture is actually just 3 seperate grayscale textures packed into one file. so if we're a bit crafty we can individually use each channel for a sperate grayscale mask. If you want to know how i did this in substance painter look here: bsky.app/profile/boun...

Now put your new packed texture into the "RGBA" color masking in poi. To switch between them we're gonna turn off and on the alpha in the colors. (If you want colorable sliders set the colors to use "Theme Color 0")

Now if you've done this correctly when you look at the user colormask channel you can see the patterns turn a mixed color when they overlap

Exporting isn't too hard just put the user channel into it's own RGB texture :3

Now to add the layers which we'll be drawing on for each seperate pattern add a fill layer in a folder and set it to fill only R, G or B. then set the folder they're in to Additive (Linear dodge) This way when 2 patterns overlap they'll ignore eachother instead of overwriting

To show it on your mesh add an Anchor point to the folder containing all your patterns and refrence it in the mask of a new fill layer, then using the Levels function turn off all channels except the one you want to preview. You can do this multiple times for all the channels

The color masks will use a User channel. add a User channel and set it to use RGB8
