When I originally named BS's antag Circ, it was short for "circus." When I gave him a twin, Cass(i), her name was a nod to the "cus" part that also called to mind Cassiopeia—fitting given their role as "Stars" in the story. Fun thing I learned recently: there's also a constellation called Circinus.

To a lesser degree, I also find it amusing that Centuarus is a bordering constellation to Circinus when my character Vy Sentarus (the original Keeper of the Spade) is someone who works in dangerously close proximity to him in the pre-duology history.

Another fun fact about that: Circinus is in the southern sky, and Cassiopeia's in the north, which is also how I position them symbolically—Cass being warden of a heavenly overworld (above, upward, northern); Circ being the Warden of an underworld (deep down below, southern).

This is the original! It was part of a set of three comms. Except the redraw looks more different than I was expecting it to. Different enough that it doesn't really fit the set anymore. So hmmmm I may have to redraw the other two as well at some point 👀

I can't help but think that "just go indie" like it's an easy endeavour as correlates to: - it doesn't take as much skill and is less worthy of respect - it doesn't deserve to be paid as much Even though you're literally expected to pay for / handle the job of the entire pub house

I have cosplayed as both Ellen and Iori before (see below), but if money was no object, I'd love to do either Alexander's Blazing Diamond look (with sword!) or Vy (with her giant tuning fork weapon)! I realize I have not chosen just one here but I am indecisive, so please accept two 😩

Circ and/or Cassi are also on my list, but they're more doable financially and skill-wise since both wear barely any clothes. Biggest thing with them would be altering gray body suits/leotard + tights combo to avoid painting nearly my entire body gray. Also, Cassi's ridiculously long white hair.
