#NYR have not been profitable the last 2 years. MSG Networks fees reduced due to near-bankruptcy. NYR have an unused $250m line of credit, expiring 2030. May require more funding from PE. $MSGR does not own MSG (venue). MSG may need to relocate. Tax exemptions may end. www.sec.gov/Archives/edg...

The New York Knicks and Rangers are now two separate publicly traded companies. MSG Sports completed its spinoff today. It changed its name to MSG Knickerbockers Corp. and now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under "MSGK." MSG Rangers Corp trades under "MSGR."

"There are circumstances around it, and he's been great. He's a great pro. He understands it. We've communicated it with him. He works extremely hard to to try to keep his game at a level where when he does get the tap to go in, that he has an opportunity to have success."

I asked Mike Sullivan about Morrow this morning, actually. "We don't like having any of our players on the sidelines for any length of time," he said. "It's not in anybody's best interest, especially a young player like like Scotty. (more)

#NYR warmup lines and D pairs vs. L.A. are: Perreault-Zibanejad-Lafreniere Kartye-Miller-Bjorkstrand Cuylle-Laba-Dorofeyev Tolvanen-Glendening-Raddysh Gavrikov-Fox Pettersson-Durzi Smits-Schneider Reimer Garand

Just got an email asking to partner with Polymarket.... I'm not witty enough to come up with a Grade A reply other than I'd rather stick an icepick in my ear. Give me your best replies. The ones with the most likes gets used in my reply.

For #NYR fans getting excited that Dolan might sell, this is what's coming.

Oh the new private equity owners of the Penguins have set a cash salary cap on front office? What a shocking development as they ditch ECHL team and other local businesses to prop up their out of town investments Getting Mario to show up more often isnt going to paper over this with the fan base

My guess for #NYR d pairs tonight: Gav-Fox, Pettersson-Morrow, Smits-Schneider My preference remains the same, and I hope we get to it before 2026 comes to an end. Smits-Fox, Gav-Morrow, Pettersson-Durzi

Expecting Dylan Garand to be Igor Shesterkin isn't fair #NYR

Micah McCurdy@hockeyviz.com

Since he entered the league in 2015, only Shesterkin and Sorokin have better per-shot results (vs non-trivial shot quantities) than Hellebuyck, and no goalie has shouldered even close to the amount of workload.

I’m in the minority, probably bc I work in IT, but this is kind of funny. Of course, staff not getting rings cancels out the funniness.

Not surprising. Figure he gets into the lineup when #NYR get back from their little Canada run this weekend.

The Rangers have signed Luke Glendening to a one-year contract after a successful PTO. No word on how soon he’ll be in the lineup.

I love how it's not even November yet and we are already seeing reports of at least 2 states with rigged voting machines. Republicans know they won't win without cheating.
