I swear to god I had a 96gb RAM kit I extracted from my Framework 13 before I sold it... I had it sitting on my bed preparing to sell it then one day I came back from the bathroom and it was just fucking gone. I don't think anyone took it?

I love my Surface Pro but in retrospect I kind of wish I had bought a Framework 12 like I wanted to initially rather than letting myself get talked out of it because of the screen. They're probably going to put out a better screen next year anyways... I might try to save up for one.

I say all this knowing I'm deep in debt which is part of the reason I wanted to try and improve my art skills in the first place but it feels like my skills aren't improving to the point where my art is seen as desirable which kills my motivation to try to keep improving

I think I've said before, but i don't understand the point of the Surface Laptop line. Like... If you're going to give a laptop a touch screen at least also give it a 360 hinge??? What is the purpose if you're always having to reach over the keyboard???

Like, "we didn't want to cannibalize sales of the Framework 12" okay sure but the 13 pro is in a WAY different price and performance bracket and I haven't heard any rumors of a 12 pro coming any time soon (I'd be foaming at the mouth for it especially if it keeps the colorful chassis...)

Like, how much more would it cost in engineering to just make it a "yoga" style hinge rather than a traditional one? Ideal of ideals would be a tablet detachable that's user serviceable but that's probably never happening again (Surface Book 3 is closest afaik)

And that goes for other laptops with touch screens and normal hinges that only open to normal upright laptop position... Like, the Framework 13 Pro is SUPER appealing to me!!!... But it's a normal hinge and not a convertible. Why???
