One concern I have is a Trump/Red state pos-election sabotage strategy is.... Only refusing to certify certain results. Say red house disricts turn blue as well as Senator/Governorships Scattering the sabotage splits people's actions

When anticipating Trump election sabotage, factor in what DHS can do, at a large enough scale to impact many thousands polling centers and effect. 2>
