The oil and gas industry is happy to privatize benefits and make the public - and the liveability of our communities - pay the cost.
“The oil and gas industry says it’s a ‘good-faith’ partner eager to help craft regulations, but time and time again, it’s worked behind the scenes to delay and weaken them. As a result, the United States today emits more methane from its oil and gas sector than any other country in the world.”

Today we present a story from The Ocean Outlaw Project that's sure to raise a stink! https://therevelator.org/foul-fishmeal-factories-stench/
Despite being banned in more than 60 countries around the world, we still use so much #atrazine in the U.S. that over a quarter of our rivers and streams are contaminated with a carcinogen. We owe it to our kids and to ourselves to ban atrazine across the country once and for all.
As the EPA shrugs, California designates the weed killer atrazine as a cancer risk. “California is rightfully keeping up with the latest scientific evidence linking atrazine to cancer in people,” Nathan Donley of @biologicaldiversity.org said. www.thenewlede.org/2026/10/as-e...
