I think an issue with everyone migrating like birds is that people will do those dumb engagement bait posts here, and it will serve no purpose at all. twitter paid you, nobody actually cares here.

I used to be really big into BlueyCapsules and DreamSMP, and I personally am not archiving that account, as twitter withers so does a portion of my life, my history as a person. I know it doesn't forgive twitter though, the platform is horrible, I saw a guy just, die, on video on there.

I know it's all kinda cringey stuff but watching everyone move away this time feels like it's actually going down, and I was active on there for like 2 years. that's alot of time in my short life.

another thing that's just related to it, I kinda miss that faraway hum of Twitter, I feel like you could still find most communities around because Twitter was just so normalized. surely I hated most other things about it but still kinda miss the familiarity.

I always thought I'd move back to twitter eventually if it smoothed out with a new CEO, but with the policies of ai that go against artists, I think I've decided to set up shop on BSky because I very honestly need to actually post my art somewhere and this website in it's current state seems nice.
