Jack Smith: "Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in serious crimes against our nation ... rather than accept his defeat in the 2020 election, he engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power"

My current favorite genre of video: overly confident (and drunk) racist gets a spanking. This happened in Roanoke, VA outside Fork in the Market on Thursday night. The little man was arrested.

For the midterms, Republicans will gerrymander districts, selectively close polling places, purge voter rolls, stop mail-in ballots, shorten polling hours, and deploy Trump's election monitors, but, when they lose anyway, will say the system was rigged against them.

2026 is going to be a very dark year for US foreign policy, where everything that was built over many decades by leaders for collective security is torn apart by one madman, but only because people in his own party remain silent.

As congressional hearings go on in public today and can be watched live online by everyone, Jack Smith is testifying behind closed doors despite his written request to appear in public because Republicans don’t want the American people (again) to hear him destroy their lies.

At least make a better effort when gaslighting. Good grief

BARTIROMO: What is the administration's plan to rein in the cost of food and housing? BESSENT: People should be stressed because it's Biden inflation. We are bringing that down. I suspect we are gonna see a substantial drop in inflation in the first 6 months of next year.

In sworn testimony during his trial, a witness testified that former President Hernández once said that he wanted to “shove drugs right up the noses of the gringos.” Now he is going to be granted a pardon by President Trump — not even a commutation — and be freed from a 45-year prison sentence.

1. President Trump is directly and publicly intervening in the elections of a foreign nation and has also promised to grant a pardon to former President of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernández.

This is potentially a massive story. Did DOJ plan for survivors? Do they have sufficient evidence to prosecute? What is US jurisdiction to prosecute? Where will they go next? When is their court date? Will they be indicted? Held at Gitmo? Returned to Venezuela? Be Epsteined?
