I’m at the fantastic new Hollywood-Burbank Airport. When I got here there was a huge, beautiful rainbow over the building. Excited to go back to San Francisco for the first time in quite a while, and I have amazing plans. It’s so nice to feel uncomplicated joy. 🌈

Sometimes I do procedures on patients who are awake and one of the nurses always turns on acoustic renditions of pop songs. Today as I was admiring how lovely one of the songs sounded, I suddenly thought “omg what if all this is AI?” I hate having to question everything this way.
