People are sending fake Twitch DMCA notices around. This it is fake. You can see it by the to/from address being a googlegroup, which Twitch doesn't use for this sort of messaging. If you get any form of official DMCA from Twitch it will also be in your streamer Dashboard Copyright Claim Manager.
