It’s depressing to see schools use AI to create flyers, banners, & t-shirts. When I was in high school the faculty would come to the art department to have students create these things. I learned so many skills that have followed me my entire professional life. That’s what I thought school was for.

I recently introduced Vincent to the magnificent show that is @centaurworldnetflix The show is so delightfully unhinged and the Nowhere King's design is exquisite! I drew this fan art back when the first season came out :3 #centaurworld #nowhereking

Today is one of those days where I woke up and really had to think to remember where the heck I was and what day of the week it is. I'm not getting dementia, I just travel for a living.

To bulk edit all your videos: 1. Sign into YouTube studio 2. On left menu click Content 3. Hit the top checkbox to select all videos 4. Edit, Shorts remixing, don't allow remixing

PSA for YouTube Creators! Just wanna share this in case you don't want Google to have access to remix your YouTube shorts with GenAI using Gemini! YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED. Here is what it's doing and how to opt out of said option if you don't want your shorts to be remixed with AI.

I've been doing this costume business stuff for 18 years and somehow I'm still finding new ways to challenge myself, this time with a fish made of scuba knit techno neoprene athletic double knit whateveryoucallit, covered in hours upon hours of hand painted markings and texturing

Imagining people watching their little libraries like bird-feeders. "Nothing but common neighborhoood Karens today. Wait--oh my god, babe; come quick! It's a short-crested genderqueer. They're taking the Steinbeck!"

For info! Beware of scams for commissions. - If you get a ref link that ends in .vbs or .exe it's a scam. Never open odd file types - Never accept a payment over what you ask for unless it's sent in a non refundable way (like a tip jar). - Never send a final file before it's paid in full.

Today I was jolted awake at 5:30 am, by the feeling of cool liquid dropping onto my lips. The source? My elderly cat child, whom was sitting upright on my chest, over my face, purring happily away. He drooled. On my lips.

"Can you fly me to ___" First, I don't own the plane. Second, that would be astronomically expensive. and third... no.

What’s the worst question someone can ask after you tell them your profession? For linguists, it’s definitely “how many languages do you speak?”, but I’m curious what else is happening to the rest of y’all out there?!

600 dpi scans: great for revealing every piece of dust in your entire home! ...ahem. More pyrography on wood slices, birds this time. In a surprise turn of events, I'll be at MFF this weekend with a whole bunch of these little fellas in tow. Will have more info soon! #pyrography #art #woodburning

I actively avoided choosing a career flying because I wanted to never come to hate the hobby I loved so much. Resistance was futile. Turns out, I still love it! ✨

My late grandparent's home, which has been in our family for 50 years, is planning to be sold next spring. All of us grandkids are brokenhearted at the thought of not being able to visit that property.

Axikor
@axikor.com

That place was a beacon of love and memories for all of us. It's also a really cool piece of land with a lot of potential in the house itself. Sadly it's not convenient for any of us to actually live in, so it's really hard to justify trying to find a way to keep it. 😥

Losing both of those grandparents in the past 2.5 years was already very heavy on my heart. The thought of losing access to that home on top of it all... It's just so much.

Thank you everyone for looking at my D&D dragon series! I'll have all of them available as prints at Texas Furry Siesta next month in a couple sizes, and after that I can see where my stock is at if anyone would like prints who won't be able to be there!
