Detroiter Nicole Williams when asked if Abdul El-Sayed is ‘a bit too left wing to win in Michigan’: “At this point what do we have to worry about? Anything but what we have. We're on our way to hell, so at this point: socialist, socialize, social, dont matter to me, lower my cost of living!”

Actions speak louder than words. If your elected officials avoid talking to you, then they don't care about you or your needs. And without real representation, you are powerless. Vote them out. It's that simple.

Today, on World Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the teachers, educators, and child care providers who care for the future of New York and invest in our children every day. New York City doesn’t move without our teachers. We are grateful for their work today and every day.

A city that doesn’t care for its children will fail. Our City’s child care providers do enormously important and difficult work. They deserve our utmost respect and appreciation. This week and every week, we must stand up and support them.

If you want leaders who represent the people instead of corporations and mega-donors, look for the candidates who WANT to hear from you. Join Amy, Whittney, and me in Lancaster next weekend and find out how we can use Congress and the statehouse to fight for the working class.

Reading has become an endangered species. Which is half the problem with American political life. Maybe more than half. If you can't read, you can't think. Then you can fall for anything. The idea, for instance, that the truth is fake news.

Proud of you, JB. Thanks for sharing your story 🫶

I decided to share my health journey with GLP-1s because I thought it might make a difference for others. I don't take for granted that we now have tools to help us live healthier lives — and I hope sharing encourages people to explore their options.
