Osamu Dezaki reflects on his feature film directorial debut: Aim for the Ace! "No one could see where it was headed, so out of concern they asked, 'Is it all going to come together?' to which I responded, 'Hell if I know.' (laughs)" Read here: karageko.com/2026/09/08/a...

Exercise First time trying these out. They are really light (compared to the sticks attached to the machine). Gotta get rid of old habits built up over 10+ years of on and off playing though (my sense of how much force to use is out of whack)

That said, the cabs in Nakano Broadway are bad now 😞. Too many hits didn't register. They've been slacking on the maintenance.

Cobra The Space Pirate X Sumi-e Shop

Literally right next to Cobra was a 20th Anniversary of To Love Ru section. Not a thing I care about or would go out of my way to check out but, I'll mention I saw a guy whose fashionable girlfriend helped take photos of him posing next to the stands of the characters mid-undressing.

It wasn't crowded while I was there, but I will note that the majority of visitors were women.

清原なつの松苗あけみ二人展 Natsuno Kiyohara & Akemi Natsumae Exhibit Only the area near the entrance allowed photography. The actual exhibit displayed original illustration pieces, most of which were for sale and already sold. Both artists were there for a signing session, so it was pretty crowded.
