Did Wrestledream have a terrible build? Yes. They were already limited to three weeks from All Out, and PAC's passing cost them the first week. Two weeks is not sufficient time to build to a PPV. Not blaming PAC at all. His tribute was very deserved. AEW Wrestledream still rocked, anyway.
