Aye. I agree- but another part of this convo (that is never talked about) is: “what happens when you hurt someone so badly that nothing you ever did- or will do, is enough to repair what you’ve done? Where the person thinks they’re entitled to abusing you for your mistakes & use them to harm you?”

The case I’m referring to is smth that has traumatized both myself & the other person- tho, it will always be 90% my responsibility, as it was ultimately my bad decision(s) that led to harm. The person in question doesn’t even recognize or believe that the pain & damage on my end is/was just as real
