Well that was a lot better. Also learned #pnefc a standing ovation as well. The poor refereeing stops them from earning all 3 points again West Brom. Nothing can be done about that unfortunately.

It doesn't look great for Devine that the team functioned better in the 2nd half after being subbed for Moran. Potts seemed a bit out of place in the middle of the pitch and stumbled into awkward positions at times.

Hughes grabbed that much needed goal that the team's push on Albion deserved. I felt bad for Iversen who thought he'd finally earned a clean sheet. Overall, a far better performance from North End. May it long continue and hopefully show further progress.

Hey everyone. Tomorrow, we continue Old Spook Lane Creepy Chats’ debate on the best newer adaptation on horror’s first family with looking back at the 1999 Canadian sitcom The New Addams Family.

#pnefc Women won their game against West Didsbury and Chorlton 3-0. Hadley got the first goal after a well-worked run by Anderson. Walker’s free kicks added two more goals in the 2nd half. One assisted Flynn while the other rocketed into the net. FA Cup 1st Round is next Sunday! 🤍💙⚽️✊

How could you not be angry? We’re in the fight for our Championship lives and this is all we could muster against Birmingham? Feel bad for the fans who travelled this evening. #pnefc

Graham Alexander said we've let the supporters down, both the ones that travelled and the ones at home. At least he's aware. I highly doubt Ryan Lowe would ever have admitted that.

Hello everyone. We’re approaching the 1st episode of Old Spook Lane Creepy Chats. This year, it’s finding out which 80’s and 90’s incarnation of these two horror families did it best. This Friday, we look back on the 1988 sitcom The Munsters Today, the sequel/reboot of the 1964 sitcom The Munsters.

Graham has his work cut out for him as #pnefc lose to Millwall by a single goal. The game was back and forth for 75 minutes. After that, Preston began to tire out and became sloppy. The new manager says this is work in progress, but Xmas is fast approaching and he needs results.

Next week will be the premiere of Forgotten Island in the UK. However, @arunmehta.show and I have unfinished business to sort out: we still need to cover Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie. Our discussion of the film will be out this Friday. Stay tuned.

It’s October! The Halloween season is upon us. Old Spook Lane Creepy Chats will return with a lookback on two revivals on classic sitcoms that have been debated on which is represents the best spooky family. Stay tuned!

#pnefc Women were defeated by Nantwich from a single goal this afternoon at Longridge. PNEWFC had a penalty saved and multiple attacks, but couldn’t make them count. Substitutions came in too late and couldn’t turn things around. Quite a contrast from their Deepdale performance in the FA Cup.

Hey everyone. We have a special announcement! Tomorrow we'll be doing a virtual reunion livestream celebrating both Carmen Sandiego game shows that aired on PBS around the early to mid 90s. Our guests will be the hosts of both game shows Greg Lee and Kevin Shinick. Hope to see you there.

#pnefc Women go through to the next round of the FA Cup after thrashing Wirral 5-1 at Deepdale. Scott found the score sheet twice along with Hadley. Wirral tried to stay in the game but an unfortunate own goal ended any recovery. They should keep the women here and ship the men back to Longridge. 🤣

Hecky was always supportive of our flag waving duties on the Finney Stand. I’m sorry it’s not worked out. Wishing him all the best for the future. #pnefc

Lincoln took their time with the game and managed a 1-0 win over #pnefc. They didn’t rush the game and bided their time until the opportunity presented itself. They say patience is a virtue, but I find the fans are running out of it where Hecky is concerned. Question is, has he ran out of time?

Even if you dont wanna see it, buy tickets to support, lets stick it to the CEOs.

‘COYOTE VS. ACME’ has now officially surpassed the $30M amount Warner Bros. originally planned to write the film off for. The film is now projected to earn over $60M domestically.

#pnefc Women were defeated today at Gigg Lane. 1st goal from Bury was a corner. Shultz was unlucky in the 2nd as the ball bounced off the post and the back of her head. 3rd goal was inexcusable when the defence failed to close down and the goalkeeper was caught on her near post. Needs improvement.

Happy with today’s win, but I think Blackburn have a right to feel sore after a thrilling derby day. Great to see Lang find the back of the net. Burgzorg wouldn’t let up and unlucky not to score himself. Iversen’s strong hands helped with both defence and attack. Lincoln is up next. #pnefc 🤍💙⚽️✊

We are now taking your questions for the 30th #HeyArnold Anniversary Show with Craig Bartlett! Deadline for questions is the 16th of September 2026!

I’ve not been commenting for a while because I really don’t know what to make of the situation we’re in. We just can’t seem to find a win right now and I feel bad for everyone coming in at the last minute to stick something together. This situation is challenging for the best of managers. #pnefc

#pnefc Women won their opening game against Crewe. Alicia Scott scored the only goal of the game in the first half. Crewe opened the defence up a few times, but Gibbins pounced on the ball the minute it strayed into the box. The next game is supposed to be against Darwin, but the venue is still TBD.

Bolton deserved their win. #pnefc were lacking in energy and two steps behind for 80 minutes of the match. Erabi and the other subs added more to the match, but it’s was too late at that point. Need to do better against Wolves.

The #pnefc outing to Goodison Park was one to remember but almost for the wrong reasons. The team were a bit too casual the majority of the first half. Gibson’s red card has pretty hash, but he didn’t protest it himself. Burgzorg and Erabi made a massive difference and were cool in penalties.

We’re through to the next round of the League Cup, which could either be a blessing or a curse pending the end of transfer business. I’m not against cup runs, but in the state we’re in, the Championship needs to be priority.
