It took a while but my Splatoon Raiders OST rip is now up! I organized it into 6 "Discs" so it's easier to find stuff. Everything is tagged as well. Also track names are not official! I marked official titles as described in the pics. drive.google.com/drive/folder...

god I'm praying so hard there's gonna be a way to dump the Splatoon Raiders data now that there's Switch 2 exploit. Besides the music, it would also mean I could use the in-game files for the upcoming Raiders pages on splatoonloreink, that would be so good

Version 1.1.0 of splatoonlore.ink is out! Here are the main additions: First, the homepage now features a highlighted article box that suggest you a new article every day, as well as a live feed of the SLI Bluesky account. And also there is merch solicitation lol

Friendly Octopuses (Octopus laqueus) are able to get along with each other better than other octopus species. They aren't as gregarious the larger Pacific striped octopus, but they are able tolerate living in close proximity to other octopuses, although they prefer to live on their own. #OCTOtober

I'm finally done with the next splatoonlore.ink update, and I'm planning to launch it on October 22nd There will be 3 new main articles (including Deep Cut's Island Misadventures), a new highlighted article system and smaller bits of added info that I missed before

Moreover, late next month will already mark the first anniversary of the website, and my slightly unrealistic wish is to then launch the next update after this one, which would include all the Splatoon Raiders lore (which will not yet be part of this update) I will try though

finishing up some of the final changes for the next lore site update. Previously, only active Patrons have been credited, but now I made it so both current, past and one-time supporters will be credited. And Ko-fi supporters will get credited as well now!

Fun fact: Our group name "Splatoon Lore Ink" which we also call "SLI", was first used as the name of rassicas' Discord server, and that server was established in 2021. Which means, the timing was perfect so that the previous "SLI" most people knew was not in use anymore lol

I've been using the Fairphone 6+ for about a month now and I'm super satisfied. The only really bad thing I noticed were the phone speakers sounding absolutely horrid. However this is just down to awful calibration bc with an equalizer you can actually make it sound good

I've been using the app "Wavelet" which lets you set systemwide EQs that are only active for the specific speaker you set them up for. And you can see by the EQ I had to make how horrible the stock sound is. But doing this you actually get decent bass out of the speakers

The bass can clip at high volumes with this, however, with the stock sound you wouldn't be able to use the higher volumes either because the treble would make your ears bleed

This trailer will forever make me sad because of what could've been. The vibe and aesthetic Side Order ended up with was so good, and now imagine there would have been ANY of the story substance that had been alluded to in this trailer. It could've been so amazing

I know we've been over this but with all these different locations in the artwork, the emotional music and the way Pearl and Marina were shown It definitely made you think this would be an adventure style game with some amount of story. And it ended up being neither.

Watching Better Call Saul for the first time and just finished season 3 and man I'm surprised with everything I knew about the show already through osmosis, somehow the conclusion of S3 was not spoiled to me

my only Splatoon related wish for the Direct is that they'll add a Jukebox to Raiders or even better, add Raiders music to the Splatoon 3 jukebox so we can actually rip the music
