I genuinely think I somewhat get how therians feel now. Both I and them crave a body that just isn't possible. But while they want to be cute animals and shit, I want size that is impossible due to the laws of physics. It actually hurts that I cannot be giant. I have cried about it.

I've kinda been reckoning with just how much my work has been escapism and now recognizing that I *have* to get bigger or else I'll fall into old habits because my streak of mental health is built on the hope that I will get bigger. This has slowed down my already slow production. Whoops.

Obviously this isn't a 1 to 1 with therians because, you know, I wanna be human still (or a furry). But the general deep need for a body I can never truly have damages the soul and a lot of their art about that pain clicks now. We all just want to be comfortable in our skin, you know?
