I am really new at this type of posting. I was not an X user, and am still on aol and facebook. Can someone please explain to me the use of the hashtag. Do you have to put the hashtag at the end of the post to get to the right list or group? #knitting

Looked a little overcast this morning, but turning out to be a blue sky fluffy cloud day in SE Florida. Clouds are moving very very fast from east to west. Weird weather day. Just hope it stays dry so Gulfstream Park's Florida Derby day will have good turf. Wish me luck! 2-5-8, 2-5-8, 2-5-8!

Poor Stefanik. All that ass kissing and personality changing just to lose her leadership position and get her nomination pulled. Anyway, I had Greek yogurt for breakfast. With blueberries.

Love me some Gulfstream Park dirt races!

Another sunny gorgeous blue sky south Florida March morning. I wonder what the world will throw at us today? Going to start handicapping the Florida Derby races at Gulfstream Park on Saturday. Big racing day in Florida. $3,000,000 in prize money.

Well, I wonder what today will hold? Deep thoughts as this country descends further into the depths of stupidity.

(Reuters) - The best-known member of Elon Musk's U.S. DOGE Service team of technologists once provided support to a cybercrime gang that bragged about trafficking in stolen data and cyberstalking an FBI agent, according to digital records reviewed by Reuters. #BigBalls

Pete Buttigieg has entered the chat.

They are DEI hires. Destroy Everything Immensely.

3/3 Saved the best for last. This was made specifically for Amanda's baby. Cascade Yarns Pandamonium 55% cotton/45% bamboo. Washed on delicate and threw it in the dryer. Came out fabulous. Have another new baby arriving this fall. Will use the same yarn again.

2/3 Baby blanket # 2. Used some really nice cotton sale yarn and made this.

Nice card at Gulfstream Park Saturday, March 1st. $2,463,000 in prize money. I'll be in my regular Silks' seat. Paco is riding Stealing Sunshine and J P Hellish. Irad is riding Major Dude, and Vasquez is on Shaq Diesel. Lots of great horses and the cream of the crop in jockeys.

Playing Gulfstream, Tampa Bay, Oak Lawn, Aqueduct, and Laurel today at Silks at Gulfstream Park. Beautiful day, weather is right for widow longshots at Gulfstream. Have all my cards and DRF RTG. Daily Racing Form is now offering online $12 One Day Classic option, down from $16.95. Just sayin!

The Washpost, which is bleeding millions of dollars and shrinking its staff, accepted -- and then rejected -- a $115,000 ad that criticized Elon Musk. Anyway, here's the ad that the Post's business side didn't want its readers to see ⤵️ thehill.com/media/514849...

Just saying...

Last week I cancelled my ActBlue acct, deleted all donation records. Tired of my e-mail address and cell # being given out. I am tired of the continual barrage of text messages. I will continue my monthly donation to The Lincoln Project. Not seeing enough spark and flame to lighten my wallet.

I’ll always remember MAGA lunatic Pam Bondi for taking a $25K bribe as Florida’s AG to not investigate the fraudulent trump university and failing to bring statutory rape charges against Matt Gaetz. She was chosen specifically to protect wealthy white criminals.

Heading off to Gulfstream Park this morning. Wish me luck! I'll be at my regular seat at Silks. Maryquitecontrary is running today and is one of my favorite horses.

The orange one is appearing virtually for sentencing. You would think he wouldn't miss the opportunity to preen in public with all the cameras on him.

The house I grew up in. I had a perfect childhood. I feel blessed.

Baby Griffin at 6 weeks old.

Beautiful start for day 2 of the new year. Glad the holidays are over. Photo of my south Florida backyard.

Yesterday's DJIA 1123 point loss is the second sign of the coming of the fetid orange faced whiner-in-chief and his mini-me Musk-ox. 7% of my portfolio value is down the drain this month. The reason you ask. Because this country elected a total numbskull to the presidency.

FEMA flood insurance renewal just crossed my radar. $1,058 for 2025 vs. $906 for 2024. $152 annual increase. I live west of Hollywood, FL. Well worth the $88 a month for flood protection. I've lived in the same place for 39 years and have never been impacted by a flood. Better safe than sorry.

Blue skies, smiling at me.

Just because Griffin is so cute.

Hit a nice superfecta box at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale on the 8th race. 7/1 on top. Love my Saturday horseracing at Silks.

Got an interesting consumer survey invite from University of Michigan. Completed it a few moments ago.

Pam Bondi committed honest services fraud when she refused to prosecute Trump University when she was AG of Florida. I expect less than honesty from her. I live in Florida, I saw the full page ads in the local newspapers for Trump U. She did nothing when it mattered most.

In remembrance of John F. Kennedy, our great President. This was the most defining moment of my boomer life.

Just trying to get my bearings on Bluesky. I was never a Twitter or X user. This is all new to me. I've started to follow my usual YouTube content providers. Hello everyone!

Created my account this morning. Haven't participated in X, but like the idea of adding another user to Bluesky.
