@edfenergy.com Switched to EDF on 29 Sept for FreePhase. Three weeks later I’m still on Standard Variable. The app has no box to enter a meter reading, the website won’t take one either, and Energy Hub reports a meter comms issue while the app says all good. Complaint raised.
