Sometimes it is more helpful to just listen, and sometimes the advice is beneficial, it can be hard to know which in a given situation.

Daily Medium-Rare Take #25: You should listen more. A lot of people don't actually listen, they wait for their next turn to say something. You might be surprised by what you learn if you actually listen to what the people around you have to say, not just hear the words.

Daily Medium-Rare Take #24: You should check in on friends more often. Too many people only get in touch if they want something or it benefits them. It's not a good look. Just ask someone about their day or tell them that you're thinking of them. It goes a LONG way.

Many HOA and City/Town Ordinances require you to maintain a certain kind of yard, and should be completely removed.
