Man I miss Unreal Engine~ Working in Godot and it looks like to make a switch based on button input you need to program it in manually to turn it on an off like a variable and then use that variable in code - and you have to do the same for "button is held" #Godot #UnrealEngine #GDScript

In Unreal Engine those come free with your button input options, and in Unity you tend to be able to just yoink them off your input action- Remind me to post the code for switch later so it will be easy to find-! (Godot lets me use less code some places, and more others lol, but so will any engine))

#hollowknight #silksong I just want y'all to know thw fencing bosses in this game are some of my favourite. I feel like I am playing 5D chess with them it makes me feel so smart (and that's even without my own fencing background, just the gameplay feel)
