yakuza kiwami 3 is an insult to the game rgg has purported to remake, its players, the studio's previous quality output and, bewilderingly, women. oh, and the casting of an admitted sex pest. i'm somewhere between dejection and fury. my review for vgc: www.videogameschronicle.com/review/yakuz...

ever since the whole kiwami 3 fiasco started i've been playing other games and gosh. it's been so difficult to find one that clicked as hard as yakuza did. i'm SURE i'll find one eventually, but for now im like....Auuuuuuauuuu

recently i played GTA V and while I roll my eyes when the Rockstar parts come up (this game is so anti-union it's hilarious they got outed for that last year) i think it's the most i've been hooked on a games story since yakuza

i GUESS the only real game i've been playing like crazy since is FFXIV, but yakuza and ffxiv were always a yin and yang in my mind, and i just lost the yin, y'know?
