Also means some of my work this year will be without bylines as they’re credited to the festival, but I can share I worked on them Including this introduction to the animation section and interview with the Animation Section Programming Advisor Ryota Fujitsu

cartoonbrew.comTokyo Film Festival Highlights: Global Standouts And New AnimeTokyo’s animation program pairs international premieres and original anime with discussions on creative careers and opportunities for women directors.

Translating this, I found his comments on the history of design and his definitions for work and creating really interesting Also gets at the core of countering a lot of pro-AI arguments: AI can handle some of the work, but the work is fun! And the work can define the result

I can see a situation in the next few years where banks are forced to open new branches and take all banking services offline, and I’m not exaggerating

Most/all of this seems to be users giving Muse/Dot/whatever AI agent they're running access to their bank accounts, and then not knowing what those agents are doing / banks not being able to detect authorized vs unauthorized stuff. what could go wrong? www.axios.com/2026/10/22/a...

AI isn't good at empathy. It's good at sycophancy

Social Market Foundation@smfthinktank.bsky.social

🚨 NEW POLLING🚨 AI is now so good at mimicking empathy that many people prefer it to their friends. 1 in 5 UK adults have used an AI chatbot for personal or relationship advice – and 54% of them found it more helpful than talking to friends or family.

Also I need to share another story that is taking over my mind JR have installed goats in Yotsuya They want to clear an area of grass for work So they hired goats. To eat the grass. They’re gonna be there until December “or until they’ve everything”

I gotta wait for the end of the Tokyo run, but OMG the Miss Saigon Japanese run looks great (they have split casts for a few roles but most of the ppl here are also doing my performance!) Love how Lumina, the Kim performing I’d Give My Life For You, sounds here, and she’ll be my Kim

It’s so forced I’m so sorry, this is the worst promo for a group with good music and I can never get through a single one if I stumble on it The very not-acted walk to stumble on the streets of New York

Think the worst form of online video might be those "person in the street" interview channels, specifically when the person they run into is a celebrity very clearly put in a location for the person to run into and do their bit JP artists are doing it every time they're abroad lately

How many times does it feel like mismanagement at the top leads the everyperson to take the brunt of the consequences?

The way I've seen this described is more of a direct adaptation of the book than as a visual novel, but it's clearly using their trappings. Either way, with them involved, it should be great, very curious on it

The demo is now available for SHUEISHA GAMES and iMel's visual novel "Seasons of Books and Keys." The game is an adaptation of "Hyouka" author Honobu Yonezawa's mystery novel which will release for Steam and Switch this winter in English, Japanese, and Chinese. store.steampowered.com/app/4972460/

To think, I was asked recently if I would consider going to the US again... whether I'd get in the country/get deported would be high on the concern

I’ve been in inaka Chiba for the concert but had a great time! Especially catching some friends This touring concert they do yearly was fall instead of Spring this year but the fun places for an outdoor event tied to local community always makes these a highlight

I’m here for a concert with friends! 久しぶりのももクロライブ
