Thanks to everyone who joined us @aicentre.dk for the Pre-ACL 2025 workshop! We had 7 inspiring keynotes, 26 poster presentations, and there was time for informal mingling as well. Thanks to DSSA for the generous support. See some of you in Vienna for #acl2025nlp! #NLProc aicentre.dk/events/pre-acl

Check out what PhD student, Beatrix Nielsen and co-authors have found about prediction hubs:

Beatrix M. G. Nielsen@beatrixmgn.bsky.social

Our paper "Prediction Hubs are Context-Informed Frequent Tokens in LLMs" has been accepted at ACL 2025! Main points: 1. Hubness is not a problem when language models do next-token prediction. 2. Nuisance hubness can appear when other comparisons are made.

Tomorrow at the centre! ‼️ Please note that the talk will take place at 12.00 (not 15.00).

Join us for a talk on robust and interpretable learning for medical image computing by Dr. Peirong Liu, incoming assistant professor at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, Data Science and AI Institute. 🗓️ 26 June, 15.00, at the Pioneer Centre for AI. 🔗 www.aicentre.dk/events/talk-...
