ik it’s different for actual trauma and shit but like the cha cha slide was a legitimate trigger of mine for a few years. it would give me actual panic attacks. the onus was still on me to remove myself from rooms where it was playing or to stop a video that included the song

bring out the “can you trigger tag lesbians” post. it gets to a point.

i feel bad for assuming pretty bitchy body language about it but i ask simple yes or no questions at work and they spin into 10 minutes of someone talking AT me despite no response on my end and by the end im just desperate to get away
