Trump just cancels and closes entire departments, federal grants, etc. The states currently have no money, no admin offices, no future source of money from the govt. Meaning state taxes across the board will skyrocket.

What infuriates me is the assumption of the administration that "the states" will pick up the tab for health services, education, and every other social services. Rather than laying out a PLAN for the transition of how it will be done.
